INGREDIENTS

  • 180g flour
  • 125g vegan butter
  • 75g powdered sugar
  • 300g dark chocolate
  • Coarse sea salt
  • 3 packs Minor Almond Vegan

PREPARATION

  1. Beat the butter and icing sugar until creamy. Add the flour and a pinch of salt to the butter mixture and mix until a smooth dough is formed. Roll out the dough and use a knife to cut the dough to the size of Minor bars. Bake in a fan oven at 160 degrees for approx. 15 mins.
  2. Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie and spread it on the shortbread and add the Minor on top. The chocolate acts like a glue here.
  3. Pour the chocolate over the Minor shortbread. While the chocolate is still liquid, sprinkle coarse sea salt sea salt onto the bars.
