INGREDIENTS

  • 30   Migros Bio pitted dates
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 30 g peanuts
  • 100 g Migros Bio Crémant chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 

PREPARATION

  1. On a sheet of baking paper, line split open dates and press each one down onto the sheet with the bottom side of a cup.
  2. Spoon peanut butter on top and spread with a spoon across the dates. Sprinkle with peanuts.
  3. Melt chocolate with coconut oil on a water bath and pour on top of the bark. Use a spoon to spread it around so it coats everything.
  4. Place into the freezer for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
Tip: Prepare to take with you as an energy snack
