Date bark

#Fairbruary

INGREDIENTS

For 20x25 cm bark

30 Migros Bio pitted dates
3 tbsp peanut butter
30 g peanuts
100 g Migros Bio Crémant chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil

PREPARATION

On a sheet of baking paper, line split open dates and press each one down onto the sheet with the bottom side of a cup.
Spoon peanut butter on top and spread with a spoon across the dates. Sprinkle with peanuts.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil on a water bath and pour on top of the bark. Use a spoon to spread it around so it coats everything.
Place into the freezer for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
